Louvre Museum Amenities

It extends several accessible services and amenities for this purpose.
The Louvre has an underground car park beneath the Pyramid, located at 1 Avenue du Général Lemonnier, close to the Carrousel du Louvre entrance.
The parking lot is 500 meters away from the Carrousel du Louvre entrance (approximately 6 minutes walking distance).
Visitors with disabilities and special needs can avail of discounted fares on Louvre Museum tickets.
There are multiple options apart from Louvre’s parking space too.
You can park at nearby parking lots that are as affordable as the Louvre.
Large luggage and bags are not allowed inside the Louvre.
The museum has cloakrooms with self-service lockers for visitors to store their belongings.
This free-of-charge facility is available under the Pyramid.
However, you will have to collect your things from the locker on the same day as your visit.
Avoid storing your valuables in the lockers at Louvre.
Loan of mobility aid equipment
You can loan equipment for assistance in mobility, like walking sticks, wheelchairs, strollers, baby carriers, and folding stools, if needed.
Visitors can avail these services for free beneath the Pyramid; provided you present a valid ID.
The Louvre offers free Wi-Fi services in its galleries, restaurants and cafes.
An hour of free Wi-Fi is available, which can be extended as often as necessary.
You can direct any queries to the information desk personnel at Louvre.
There are two information desks inside the museum and both are located under the Pyramid.
Maps to the Louvre are also available in seven languages at the desks.
Note: Individuals with disabilities and special needs can contact these information desks to avail of discounted parking tickets.
With visiting families in mind, the Louvre has a designated space where you can find all the necessary facilities for babies.
From a microwave oven to a bottle warmer, or a nursing chair, you’ll find all baby essentials at the Studio.
